yab-yum union
Kirtan is the calling, the crying, the reaching across infinite space –
digging into the heart’s deepest well to touch and be touched by
the Divine Presence. Kirtan is singing over and over the many
names of God and the Goddess, the multi-colored rainbow manifestations
of the One. It is said that there is no difference between the name
and that which is being named, and as the words roll off our lips
in song, the Infinite is invoked, invited, made manifest in our
hearts.
Kirtan is part of an ancient form of Yoga known as Bhakti, or the Yoga
of Devotion. But in Bhakti we redefine “devotion”, we expand the
meaning to include every shade of color in the palette of human
emotion, turned towards God through song, dance, and worship. These
chants have been sung for millennium by sages, sinners, devotees, and
the great primordial yogi alchemists of old. And, as we
sing, we touch the spirits of the millions of people across the
centuries who have sung the same songs and criedthesametears. As we
sing, we immerse ourselves in an endless river of prayer that has
been flowing since the birth of the first human beings, longing to
know their creator.
Kirtan is a vessel that can hold love, longing, union, separation,
lust, despair, mourning, anger, hate, sadness, ecstasy, and oneness.
Powered by the fire of these emotions, the chants of Bhakti become
like a ship, singing us to the other shore. In lightness, in
darkness, in despair, in joy we sing the names– The Name — and turn
our human hearts toward the One, who is closer to us than our own
breath. Kirtan is food for the spirit, a life raft of song.
Kirtan is for all people. There are no masters of kirtan, no experts,
no teachers, no advanced students, no beginners. The practice
itself is the teacher, guiding us to ourselves. Kirtan teaches itself
by allowing us to enter into a mystery world — a world where all
the logic of our minds, all the conditioning and learning are left
outside — and we allow ourselves to expand into the mystery.
And in this mystery, we create a temple inside of our hearts, a place
of refuge, a place of love, a place of being, a place of
sanctity… whatever we need.
There is no right or wrong way to sing kirtan. Kirtan can be
breathtakingly beautiful, the music can be stunning and masterful; and
it can be cacophonous, dissonant, and almost painful to the ears.
Aesthetics don’t matter. All that matters is the spirit, the
feeling. Don’t worry about what you sound like, feel whatever you feel,
have no expectations, no inhibitions. Kirtan is an oil well
digging deeper and deeper into the heart. A power tool of love and
longing. A train carrying us home. Make these kirtans your own prayers
and use their power to set fire to your own soul. We sing together
and each person has a totally unique, individual experience. Yet by
singing together we give strength, safety and passion to each
other, and give ourselves permission to sing and dance freely,
releasing and expressing through our voices and bodies, the emotions
tightly locked in our hearts. The pain of separation is one with the
bliss of Union.
And finally kirtan is an offering, a gift to the great One who has
given us everything, and to whom we can give nothing in return but our
loving remembrance.

Sexual continence
in tantraWhen we talking about the tantra massage we mentioned a concept ‘sexual continence’, so what is sexual continence and what is the effect of this erotic massage and sexual continence?
The Oriental tradition speaks about the concept of sexual continence, describing its meaning and offering means to achieve it. To be sexually continent means to have perfect control over the sexual energy, so that it is guided at will within one’s being.
For men, it means not to ejaculate unless the conception of a child is wanted; for women, it means to prevent the explosive discharge of sexual fluids related to an orgasm, as well as to completely sublimate the menstruation. Moreover, the energy that is thus preserved inside the body should be directed upwards, towards the higher energy centers of the being, and become a precious nourishment which will revive, expand, and enhance their activity – in other words, all the levels of one’s being, all aspects of life will improve, allowing the person to go from mere survival to a higher and fulfilled way of living.
The key aspect related to sexual continence is the fact that orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things. Practice will allow the awareness of the distinction between these two and gradually enable more and more as well as deeper states of orgasm. For men especially, it may require patience and persevering exercise in order to achieve perfect control over the sexual energy, but the effects (like the happiness of the woman in their arms in addition to the deep and intense orgasms) make all the effort worth-while. Women are more inclined to naturally practice sexual continence during love-making. However to achieve perfect sexual continence and experience intense orgasms practice will help too.

What is an orgasm?
According to the definition of sexologists orgasm is “a trance accompanied by loss of contact with reality”. In Tantra the orgasm is described as a beneficial state of conscious expansion in which the usual limits of the being are spontaneously eliminated, the tyranny of the mind is abolished, and the subject enters into the abyss of a beatific void. The person experiencing an orgasm discovers with amazement the abandonment of oneself, ecstasy, abnegation, the death of the ego, the dissolution of time and space, and transcendence of the unified state of duality. All these effects signify that the state of orgasm is identical with the state of having a metaphysical experience. For this reason, the state of spiritual illumination is also called the “cosmic orgasm” in Tantra.

The prostate Massage
in massageAccording to a 2011 survey by the Prostate Cancer Charity over 70% of men over the age of 45 have no idea what their prostate is or what it’s function is. This statistic is sobering, especially given how many male health problems can be traced to the malfunctioning of this piece of your anatomy. It can be embarrassing, understandably so – the prostate is in a rather awkward position – and a lot of men don’t want to think about their prostate. A few more statistics though should convince any man over the age of thirty to get over it and start taking their prostate health seriously:
We’re not trying to scare you, but it’d be hard to look at these numbers and just assume that you’ll never have any problems with your prostate. Knowledge is power, so the more you know about this the more you can prevent future prostate problems.
In Lust Tantric massage , our Prostate massage is save and hygiene but we are not a clinic , our massage is sensual and erotic which is for pleasure & ecstasy experience only.
What is the Prostate Gland?
The word ‘prostate’ is Greek and literally means “one who stands before” or “guardian”, because of its position. It is a gland that is considered part of the male reproductive organs and is found in almost all species. In humans it is located just below the bladder and surrounds the urethra. Many people believe that the urethra’s sole function is to carry urine from the bladder when you take a whiz. However the urethra also provides the route for semen during sexual climax (ejaculation). It is this second function where the prostate comes in. Semen is comprised of sperm from the testicles and secretions from the prostate gland. What the prostate adds to the overall volume of the ejaculate is what makes it white in color. A healthy prostate is said to be slightly larger than a walnut in size and can range from 7-16 grams.
Enough of the technical stuff; the take home message is that the prostate is in a critical position and it’s health drastically affects your sexual well being and overall health. Anything that comes out of your penis – whether it urine or semen – must pass the prostate.
Which is why just a slight enlargement of this piece of your anatomy can cause so many problems. Think of a hose; water will flow freely through it if there are no impediments, however, if this hose is squeezed even a little the water will have to force its way through and the tighter the constriction the more violently this forced expulsion will be.
Unfortunately, as we age, the prostate continues to grow so most men will invariable face some problems due to an enlarged prostate.
A Healthy Walnut
From completely removing an enlarged prostate surgically to antibiotics, to transurethral microwave thermotheraphy (that doesn’t sound fun) the medical establishment has a plethora of treatments for prostate problems. Many of these work quite well, and if you think that you may really have an acute problem with your prostate then definitely see your doctor – this article isn’t intended as medical advice – however, there is a decent amount of research and anecdotal evidence that more traditional, non-invasive treatments can keep one’s semen walnut in good health.
Some simple steps include eating less red meat – it’s high concentration of saturated animal fat has been linked to prostate problems – and try some of these diet suggestion from readers digest .
Ejaculating is Good For You
Just as regularly working your muscles in the gym will make them healthier, regular ejaculation keeps your prostate honest and happy (and not just your prostate). As we get older and our lives get busier and our hormone levels decrease we may not orgasm as much as we used to. It’s sad, but not something you should just take for granted. Even if you’re not ready for a Lust Erotic prostate massage, a traditional erotic massage can leave you relaxed, happy and even do a bit of preventative good for your prostate.
Sensual Prostate Massage For Health and Tantric Ecstasy
The prostate can be reached through the bum, which makes for uncomfortable doctors appointments, but can lead to a lot of fun with the right masseuse. The prostate is commonly referred to as the Male G-spot, and for good reason; it’s highly sensitive and orgasm can be achieved by just massaging the prostate. That’s right: you can have a pleasurable ejaculation without any stimulation of the penis. Of course, that doesn’t mean a good prostate massage doesn’t involve completely neglecting your member – massaging and stroking both, often simultaneously, can precipitate earth shattering male orgasms – much stronger than using either technique in isolation.
In addition to the added orgasmic pleasure, direct prostate massage can stimulate the gland and increase blood flow to the region, which in turn can lead to a decrease in swelling and a return to normal size.
Preparing for a Proper Prostate Massage
To get the most of of the prostate massage experience the number one thing to remember is to try to relax. The anal sphincter is a strong muscle, if you’re nervous and uptight it will naturally clench making passage to the prostate uncomfortable. We know it can be an uncomfortable experience if you’ve never tried it before, but taking some deep breaths, knowing that you’re with a trained masseuse, and keeping an open mind will all make the experience pleasurable. Once you’re relaxed and accepting of what’s to come, don’t be afraid to offer feedback during the prostate massage, tell your masseuse what feels good and what doesn’t.
Tantra and the Prostate
At it’s core tantra is about pleasure and awareness: a way of finding harmony through sexual expression and orgasmic health. Stress and aging can cause a lot of serious health problems, but over the millennia, luckily, those bold enough to explore new avenues of pleasure have found ways of not only multiplying the power of orgasms, but also of staving off potentially life threatening prostate problems. How can you argue with that? Call Lust Tantric Massage London to find out more about the restorative benefits one can find with an expert sensual masseuse.

Guru, Goddess and Self
in massage, tantraGuru, Goddess, Self, astrology, mantra, yantra and Sanskrit all play an important and vital role in the study of Tantra, a branch of Hinduism. In fact, one cannot claim to be a true tantrika unless one has the expertise and mastery of these disciplines through the affiliation of a tradition passed on (usually orally) through a successive lineage of gurus.
As each of these disciplines could fill volumes of books, here we can only briefly introduce the importance of the Guru.
The term “Guru” comes from the Sanskrit “Gu” meaning darkness, and “Ru” meaning light. So Guru is the one takes us from the darkness of ignorance to the light of consciousness.
Why do we have to have a “guru”, or a teacher, for our spiritual practices? Surrendering to a Guru doesn’t mean we have no will. It simply means giving up the ego. Through surrender of the ego comes incredible empowerment and freedom. Surrender does not mean being at the mercy of another, or being subservient to anyone. It does not mean we will be brain washed, or in some sort of cult against our will, or in the case of a husband and wife, in a passive/dominant, superior/inferior situation. We can have teachers and still have complete control, power and will over our own lives. (True, there may be some “false” gurus out there, but remember that “whom we are with is who we are.”) Use viveka (discrimination) when seeking a Satguru, a “true” Guru.
The Guru guides us along the path, setting an example for us to follow, inspires and instructs us in the teachings of the Vedas, Puranas, Tantras. Without the refuge of a Guru we are on our own, and with no direction or map, it is so easy to get lost, take the wrong turn, and come face-to-face with issues (demons)that have haunted us for years. Our Guru is our refuge, our guide and roadmap. Just as we needed a teacher to learn to read and write, to attain enlightenment we need a spiritual teacher, the Satguru to show us the journey to the Self.
All the scriptures and enlightened Masters extol the blessings of their Gurus. Profoundly humbled with gratitude, every great spiritual leader has had a Guru to show him or her the way.
In tantra massage, committed couples learn the art of worshipping each other. In this way, tantrics and their mates become Gurus to one another…surrendering, trusting and worshipping each other. Their karma is to illuminate one another, and to perform seva…doing things for the other without any expectations, but as an expression of their pure love and devotion.
Energy and Consciousness
in massageIn tantra, truth is not an “it”. Truth is complex, flowing and relative. It is seen as a relationship, or as a dance: the dance between energy and consciousness.
Energy, or shakti, the feminine force, teaches us to love the earth, the body and life; to be deeply connected and involved. Consciousness, or shiva, the masculine force, teaches us to look beyond and to see the bigger picture. Neither one of them is the Truth. But if we embrace them both simultaneously, in that embracing of a paradox we can transcend duality and reach a higher experience of being. This is useless as an intellectual exercise, but liberating as an existential experience.
This group is designed for singles but couples are welcome who want to explore their individuality together rather than their relationship.

Energy
In our everyday awareness we usually experience ourselves as a body and a mind. Tantra expands this awareness until we experience ourselves as an energy and as a consciousness. Our body, our physical being, is limited both in time and in space. Our energy is unlimited in both. On the physical level our fear of loss is justified: as we are mortal, the loss of our bodies and the pleasure of the senses and the worldly connections we have created and enjoyed is inevitable.
The death of our body is one of the few certainties of life. Energy, however, cannot be destroyed, and our energy is eternal and infinite, although the forms that this energy can take are fleeting. The tantric practices show us that we are an energy that can take any form. We learn to raise our energy levels and overcome the inhibitions imposed on us by parents and society. As we increase our aliveness we become aware of the many forms we have unconsciously adopted which limit and constrain us. We learn to let our energy flow and expand, letting go of the limitations which keep us small and separated from life. We outgrow past forms, and learn the energetic movements of expansion and contraction, density and diffuseness, penetrating and enveloping, collapsing and ballooning. By consciously choosing the appropriate energy movement we learn to overcome fear (unconscious contraction) and depression (unconscious collapsing and diffusion) and many other negative energy patterns that create suffering in our lives. We learn to trust the high energy states that lead to losing any sense of isolation and to an experience of ourselves as deeply connected to life and a blissful sense of oneness with the universe.
Consciousness
Tantra teaches how to disidentify with the mind and to grow in consciousness. The mind thinks: it is busy with this activity, questioning, worrying, comparing, analysing, judging. Consciousness is aware: it is not doing, but being, it simply notices, witnesses, experiences. The mind and its thoughts get in the way of experience, become a filter or a commentator on life. Consciousness is the direct mode of experience. Whereas Descartes believed “I think therefore I am”, for a tantric practitioner it is rather “I experience therefore I am” that is the essence of being, while thinking is pseudo life and gets in the way of direct experience and aliveness.
Accordingly many tantric practices seek the suspension of the inner dialogue, seeing thoughts as the source of much suffering. This is the development of the witness consciousness, which is the moment of non-attachment or letting go in the middle of the intensity of our yes to life. Tantra teaches us to use our awareness and our intent to choose our own path, not from the mind or from our emotions, but from our heart, the place where we are aware of the interaction between self and other. Then it teaches us to fully embrace what is, including all contradictions, going with what is instead of enforcing our goals. We take responsibility and choose our path, but then allow life to teach us through its many surprises as we walk that path. We learn to be fully present without controlling, denying or manipulating. We seek the moment of silence between action and non-action, between attachment and non-attachment. The key source for these techniques is the “Book of Secrets”, Osho’s commentary on the 5000 year old Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
The Dance of Energy and Consciousness
In tantra, truth is not an “it”, is not one. Truth is complex, flowing, relative; it is seen as a relationship, or as a dance: the dance between energy and consciousness.
Energy, or shakti, the feminine force, teaches us to love the earth, the body, life, to be deeply connected and involved – the freedom to go deep. Consciousness, or shiva, the masculine force, teaches us to look beyond, to see the bigger picture – the freedom to let go. Neither one of them is the Truth. But if we embrace them both simultaneously, in that embracing of a paradox we can transcend duality and reach a higher experience of being. This is useless as an intellectual exercise, but liberating as an existential experience.
The strands of the training
Strand 1:
Relaxing into the energy
New understanding of relaxing, not into sleep or collapse as the letting go of effort and the result of stress and exhaustion
But the shift from doing into being, as the muscles soften the energy begins to flow.
A release.
Relaxing into the energy, the aliveness.
Losing our forms, our bonds.
Embracing the pleasure of expansion, and the pleasure of contraction,
Knowing which excites us, and which nourishes us.
Dis-creating pain, fear and suffering by expanding our energy.
Strand 2:
Moving from guilt and feeling bad
through being naughty and rebellious
and embracing the pleasures of power
and then surrendering them in favour of the pleasures of oneness
and the experience of innocence.
Strand 3:
Dissolving ego by learning to give love instead of struggling to receive it.
Dissolving worthlessness by learning to receive love instead of having to give it.
Strand 4:
Through tantric meditation experience moments of stopping the internal dialogue, losing self-importance and stopping the world.
How can I be free?
in massageLiving in modern world makes people feel restrained, how can One be free? Tantric massage is your anwser. Join the world of tantra and find your path to free.
Tantra helps us become aware of both the vertical and the horizontal dimensions of life. The horizontal level is our interaction with the world, how our meetings with others and with society affect us, and how we affect the world with our energy and our consciousness. The vertical level is our self, where we stand, our values, our dreams, and our integrity, our connection downward to our roots and our ground, and upwards to spirit and the expression of our souls.
What is tantra?
One of the sacred laws states that every being has the right to follow and manifest their sacred dream.
Unfortunately our society disrespects this sacred law, and most of its members feel empowered and obligated to impose their beliefs and morality on others, especially on children, and to judge others by their own standards. Even in a supposedly liberal pluralistic democracy, on the level of personal relationships the sense of one person being right and the other therefore wrong and the urge to convert others to our (right) opinions is the dominant unconscious mode of operation. So we gradually colonize those we were originally attracted to by how excitingly different they were from us. No surprise when such relationships lose their attraction and energy, till we find a new lover a€“ only slowly to turn them into another dull adaptation of ourselves.
Tantra teaches us a paradigm for relationships that honours, or rather celebrates, the working model that that there is not one truth, and that the task is to seek out this truth against everything else as illusion or delusion, and then proclaim/proselytize/ enforce it; but rather that there are many truths, many realities, and that reality is the dance of these many individual truths, or their weaving together to create the fabric of life. This is a model for the freedom to live and to let live.
To manifest our sacred dream and to live with integrity we need both of two kinds of freedom: the freedom from imposed limitations to our way of being and expressing ourselves; and the freedom to be able to commit, to care, to get involved, to go deep, or most importantly, the ability to love.
Again tantra offers us a spiritual path that teaches us to transcend the duality of attachment and non-attachment, and to show us practically how to live with totality, love and passion on this earth and at the same time let go of the goals and outcomes of our endeavours, surrendering to the flow of life and inviting that to happen which most deeply can be.
In this training we use an increasing awareness of the energy body to become conscious of the impact of horizontal pressures from outside on the vertical integrity of our standpoint as we live it. This includes past pressures that we have interiorised and project on to the outside. We learn to maintain that integrity not as a rigid, unresponsive structure, but as a flow of aliveness able to dance with and meet life and life’s adventures and gifts appropriately.
Exploring the tantric map of the chakras as a description of the possible energy resources we have to move forward on our path of manifesting our dream, we explore what energy and what potential in us enables us to step into freedom: to step away from morality and its enforcers shame and guilt, from our parents and our personal history, from adaptedness and society’s programming of our expectations and ambitions, and from the unconscious patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour that keep us small, and instead towards the deepest expression of our selves, with the sense of truth that arises as we experience the bliss of fully being ourselves. To step away from being motivated by fear and towards being directed and empowered by our passion.
We learn to trust conscious pleasure as a golden compass to guide us on our path of coming into alignment with our sacred dream. We also learn to balance the two freedoms in order to expand beyond the dualities of yes and no, selfishness and service, free will and surrender, as we seek to become both fully ourselves and at one with the whole. So we can arrive at the realization that we are both the island and the ocean.
